It's only fitting that my first recipe posted on here be a bacon recipe. This is an easy one and a hit with my kids.
BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN
1 package skinless chicken thighs
Smoky seasoning (I use Applewood smoked seasoning from Pampered Chef)
salt and pepper to taste
1 package uncured bacon
Sprinkle thighs with seasoning and salt and pepper (don't need a lot of salt because of the bacon). Wrap the thighs with one piece of bacon each and tuck the ends under. Place them in a glass baking dish. Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes. The end. Eat up.Ba
